  • Calhoun Isles – considered a “lake town,” Calhoun Isles is an attractive neighborhood in Minneapolis that provides plenty of stunning homes and outdoor recreation. Some folks call the area “Uptown.” Real estate property in Calhoun Isles includes gorgeous lakefront residences, penthouses, single-family homes, and condos. Majority of the homes in the area were also built around the 1930s.
  • Southwest – A great option for families or couples looking to start their own, Southwest is home to some of Minneapolis’ best schools and great single-family homes, some of which are near Lake Harriet. Most of the homes here were built in the 1930s, 1940s, and late 1960s.
  • University – As the name implies, the University area is located in close proximity to the University of Minnesota. Some parts of the neighborhood are even located halfway between the center of education and Downtown Minneapolis. Homes in the University area are wide-ranging; here, you can find single-family homes, high-rose condos, and apartments.
  • Central – Located in the heart of Mill City as its name implies, the Central area is home so six neighborhoods that offer plenty of amenities as well as proximity to the Downtown district. Condos and lofts dominate the real estate scene in the Central area, but you’ll also find some single-family homes here and there.
